Raymond Hughes
About
Raymond Hughes, ITC - USN (ret), a Los Angeles native, served over 20 years in the Navy, excelling as an Information Systems Technician, Network Systems Administrator, and Integrated Shipboard Network System (ISNS) Administrator. He earned multiple warfare qualifications, including Air, Surface, and Information Warfare, as well as the Master Training Specialist designation. A highly decorated leader and instructor, he trained hundreds of Sailors and received numerous awards, including the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal and seven Navy Achievement Medals. In 2019, he co-founded the San Diego office of DoD Training Center, where he has trained over 672 students in IT and Cybersecurity, empowering professionals to excel in the ever-evolving tech industry.
