This policy covers merchandise purchased through the DoD Training Center San Diego online store. Course tuition and enrollment cancellations are governed by Section 4 of our Terms & Conditions, not by this page.
Merchandise Returns — 30 Days
You may return merchandise within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. After 30 days we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@dodtcsd.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We will confirm the return and provide the return address.
- Ship the item back. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong item — in those cases we cover it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement. If you have not seen a refund after that, contact your bank first, then contact us at info@dodtcsd.com.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email info@dodtcsd.com and we will arrange it.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Certification exam vouchers, once issued or delivered
- Digital or downloadable course materials, once delivered
- Consumable items (including coffee) once opened
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@dodtcsd.com with photos and your order number. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.
